I am very happy to book this hotel, the price reasonable. Staff Cindy and the receptionists were very friendly and lovely. Room clean and spacious room has all you need nice balcony, sofa, safe, fridge, kettle all the basics. Location near Han River surrounded by river. You can watch the dragon fireball show from your balcony. Breakfast was okay, Rooftop swimming pool was really great view.The stunning views were definitely worth the price

The room was as described. Very clean, and it smelled very nice. The furniture was a little tired, but all around the room was excellent. Our room was on the 20th floor, had excellent river views, and we could easily view the Dragon Bridge. Every staff member we interacted with was excellent.

Wow, what a fabulous hotel, near to the Dragon bridge, amazing views over the river and city. Rooms were beautiful, clean and spacious. Breakfast was amazing, fresh eggs coked to order and a plethora of food to suite every nation. What made this stay was the staff, especially the reception staff who went out of their way to check that we were ok, asking if they could make suggestions re tours and with bookings, they were the most helpful and lovely staff, can highly recommend this lovely hotel. About 20 min walk from the main city, but still in the thick of it - without the noise . Amazing hotel, nothing negative .

excellent bell service and amenities. the air conditioner could have been cooler we had to switch rooms but the second room they gave us worked well. the day manager was very nice and accommodating.

The staff, especially the receptionist Emmy, is welcoming and always ready to help. She made my stay even more enjoyable by helping me organize my activities. The infinity pool located on the top floor offers panoramic views of the city, perfect for relaxing. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. Fivitel is an excellent option for those looking for a pleasant and authentic stay in Danang.
